I am hoping someone may have a better option on this!
I notice that on the Amex MR site you don't have an option to transfer to flying blue (you can on the EU and US sites though).
From what i can see you can transfer to SPG at 2:1 then from there to Flying Blue at 1:1. based on that it is around double what the other MR sites offer (1:1).
so has someone got another option i could look at?
