For my upcoming flight I'm flying MEL-SIN-BKK in F. I arranged a 4 hr layover 5:45am to 9:45 at SIN - plenty of time to shower, dine and some champers before SATS Affinity whisks me off to my connecting flight in Terminal 2.

I've read that A la carte breakfast starts at 10:30am and Mains at 12 - would I be better off stuffing my face on MEL-SIN Suites or will there be A la Carte options in either TPR or SK 1st Lounge at this time?

You have sleeper service can't really get stuffed. Just have supper, get some sleep and then have breakfast in TPR and some Dom and more Dom.

What are my options for breakfast? Will I be able to get something freshly made or stuck with buffet options described by OMAAT as "what you'd expect from a priority pass lounge.

Would much prefer to do any drinking in my hotel beyond an occasional glass or two

The 10:30AM thing is just wrong. Of course they serve a la carte breakfast at breakfast time.

I know Infiniti requests the lobster for breakfast. I just go regular menu and often I will go iced water prior to the flight. One of my sons asked for a particular champagne and that was served in about 5 minutes.

A-la-carte breakfast available from opening time in TPR which is 05:30 - menu has not changed in like yonks - don’t expect Lobster to be available but it might be if excess from night before is still in fridge - by all means ask - but usually foods leftover at closing time usually 100% thrown in garbage - lounge policy.

Yes limited buffet will also be set up at opening but much better to order from menu.

If you want a PH Rare rather than Dom then just ask staff in TPR - last 3 times I have requested they have produced brand new bottle and freshly opened for me rather than fetch a glass from F Lounge.

Really looking fwd to my next visit. I love that little dish : Capellini with Wild Mushroom Ragout and Truffle Oil.
Is TPR having a revamp?

Breakfast menu (from 5:30AM) can be found here and is pretty similar to what I remember from more recently:
