From news.com.au:

FROM badly-thrown hand grenades to being hit by soldiers, tourists have been caught on camera performing some stupid acts.

Includes several YouTube videos of tourists behaving badly.

Once again, several cases-in-example of Australians and Americans making complete culturally-insensitive a**holes of themselves.

As a citizen of Australia since birth, this is disgusting and embarrassing.

We have an English and cultural test before immigrants are branded as citizens of this country. Perhaps we should have an emigration/overseas-travel test in cultural awareness before citizens are allowed to be granted passports.

Probably most importantly, Aussies need to realise that their idea of jokes and fake insults are not welcome in many countries outside Australia. And of course Australians are the first people to cry foul when their citizens are caught in legal binds overseas due to lack of respect for local laws and customs.

The actions were already stupid (as they call it) so why some individuals are still making fun of them by spreading the videos on the net. This is not funny anymore. Am I too sensitive here? :-|
