We have a gift card we're waiting to use... we're tempted to see if they'd be open to negotiation on price.
 
Steinhoff International has many retail brands and you could google them. I do hope they survive.

If they are financially unstable I'd be getting in there ASAP if you have a gift card. If they go into liquidation etc then one of the first things they do is stop accepting cards.

A bit of negotiation should work a treat. Picking the purchase up is the biggest step.
 
The ACT LTO has been streamlined recently and some procedures, are now so easy that they can be performed by the interested party. I registered a discharge of mortgage and had my wife registered as a joint tenant and completed the two transactions had a new title issued at the office in less than 30 mins. Large cost saving as no need for a solicitor or land broker.

A little different in our case, as it is a subdivision waiting for each block to be given its own title. We aren't the applicant so nothing we can do.
