Timing of SPG transfers

I am in the midst of transferring SPG points to AS
'
I need to move over 200K SPG points so am doing in chunks of 60K

Does anyone know how the 24 hours gap between transfers is counted (AEST, US time or a rolling 24h)?

Looking like it is US time but not sure which zone yet

I would suggest you call the SPG hotline. They are really helpful.

Cant remember now what the answer was but I do know they all got through before availability was lost
