For the 9th month!

Of the major domestic airlines, Tiger Airways achieved the highest level of on time departures for March 2012 at 90.0 per cent, followed by Qantas at 85.3 per cent, Virgin Australia at 79.8 per cent and Jetstar at 74.1 per cent. The regional airlines were led by Virgin Australia – ATR/F100 Operations at 80.2 per cent, followed by Regional Express at 78.9 per cent, Skywest at 77.6 per cent and QantasLink at 71.6 per cent.

I saw that and laughed a little bit, aren't they still operating restricted services? Evertime I am at MEL I see stacks of Tiger Aircraft sitting over at JH.

It's easy to be the best OTP if you've got twice the amount of aircraft you need.

They are back to full timetable (whatever that means) and ran more services than Skywest at 841, while having aircraft at Melbourne might help, a problem elsewhere is not going to be resolved quickly!
 
They are trying, and yes they are on-time which is great, but I will NEVER fly them

That being said we all need them to stay around and grow a little to keep the other 2 honest

I’m with you here, they don’t have as many AC flying as they used to.

I’d say with their engineers not spread so thin, the AC they are flying are so well looked after there’s been no problems, and as they increase capacity again, they’ll start buggering up :p
