From ATW Daily News:

Tiger Airways reported net income of S$28.2 million ($37.7 million) for its fiscal year ended March 31, reversed from a S$50.8 million net loss in the prior year.

Noted in the report is that Tiger Airways Australia broke even for the reporting period.

That's a good sign, especially it is important for Tiger to survive in order to keep air fares lower. Even DJ sort of stops Keeping the Air Fair these days.

Am I doing the calculation right in that they have a 5.8% profit margin, that’s pretty low. Seems like they need to cut costs a hell of a lot.
