To be fair he did say "appeared" to be wider.

Its like people telling me SQ have a greater seat pitch in whY than QF, that may be a fack but i would never tell you that, and the QF seat being more comfortable.

Its just an impression rather than facts.

A320 / B737 are pretty much the same to me and neither offers a lot of comfort, the newer cabins being better than old of course.

TT (NOT TR) use A320's, DJ use 737's. The A320 is wider than the 737.

Dave

Hi Dave.

Tiger uses TR for its international flights and TT for its Australian domestic services.

Hi Evan

Tnx for your comment. We were travelling with annother couple somewhat wider in the girth than us. They made similar observations to us in that they prefered the TR seat. My only experience has been with TR (international)and not TT (Australian domestic) so I don't know if the A/C are configured the same or not.

I agree with you that the A320 and B737 are much of a muchness, from my perspective at least.

To be frank, once I'm inside the A/C cabin, except for the individual airlines cabin fit, one narrow body looks the same as annother.

Cheers
