Less than a week out from our next trip.

Just noticed my TID insurance certificate lists myself and the wife as covered travellers which is fine.

But instead of my daughter's name as a dependent, it actually has my name again.

Now in their paperwork they do say travelling children are covered for free, but do I need to be concerned about the fact they haven't actually included her name on the certificate? I certainly provided it.

Personally, I would give them a call to clarify. I assume it won't be an issue but I think better to correct now rather than after the fact if you need to make a claim.

+1, but I would send an email (just to create a paper trail...)
