Hello, newbie to virgin velocity and had a few questions regarding reward seats availability and points transfers.
I realise that family pooling requires all members to be at the same residential address, but what about straight transfers only? There was an
old post last year saying it's not necessary (ala Qantas family transfers) but that was a month before the spate of
account suspensions a month after and someone in the first page said Virgin also limits transfer to strictly family living at the same address even without using pooling.
With regards to reward availability for SQ seats on velocity, does SQ have separate buckets for their own Krisflyer award seats and alliance partners? If Saver seats are available on Krisflyer but not on Velocity would Virgin customer service be able to access those seats or impossible? Couldn't tell from older posts

here.
Also if the route I was looking up on Velocity 330 days out already has no SQ reward seats available, does that mean they're booked out or there will be more released later maybe?
