QR Sin to Doha. The flight was as full as any I have been on. We are currently having a short stay in the Al Mourjan Lounge. Packed to the gills and they have been taking 'bookings' to get a table to eat at. I didn't like this lounge the first time I used it and like it even less now. But it was close to both the arrivals departure gates

We have now arrived in Manchester. I have seen a lot of complaints about Manchester Airport. It is certainly not pretty or modern looking but we found it very efficient - except for the long walk from the gate and then to the railway station. A large bank of passport readers that were extremely fast to use. Baggage also came out very quickly.


Just checked in at the Roomzzz Aparthotel in Central Manchester.
