Sunrise in Alicante.. I tried 3 different routes to get up to the castle, all closed, don't open till either 9 or 10am. Beach it is, then!

I was in Valencia in September last year, including in the rice growing areas which are in wetlands. There were massive floods in October, not long after we had left. I feel so sorry for the locals.

My ALC lounge office, quite big (I guess to fit all the bucket and spaders in........) but a very decent selection of food.

Will do. I had the same dilemma but we’re only on the island for a couple of days so decided closer to the airport was better. I think you made the right choice.

We have only been here 1 day but have fallen in love. Already looking at returning here next year
