Son bought a new home after recent breakup. He said that over the road was a brackish swamp that the kids wouldn’t really swim in. Today we saw it.



Brackish? Ha. It’s a lovely marina with canoes, kayaks and paddle boards abound. And in which they partook today.

For our final night on the Granite Belt office the TFB was lifted.

So the children were permitted a camp fire.



They managed to find three hollow logs to create a “fire chimney”.

Once the fire is established (an adult) carefully stacks the hollow logs on top of each other and the fire shoots out the top.
