The view or two from my "office"

The Emirates Lounge opened at 12:35pm, and I was allowed in even though my flight isn’t until 7:00pm. I’ve never been to the Emirates lounge before: what a fantastic view! First off one sees the lovely cactus garden outside on the right, then there is the expansive runway view. Wow! Aeroplanes landing and taking off all day. Being the only guest in the Lounge, I am being spoilt rotten! The chef even came out to ask my preference., which he could cook gluten free.

I’ll go over to the QF First Lounge when it open late this afternoon. But why give up drinking Moet yet?

Because the Taittinger at the QF F lounge is better? :) Last time I was there I needed to specifically ask for it though.

I had been drinking Tattinger on my TK flight, so it’s pretty normal now. 😆 .
The shower suites are better in QF F though. Now suitably refreshed, I’m sitting back with a G&T.

Missing that wonderful runway view though! 🛫
