The view from my "office"

Sadly I have to go to the actual office today.

I’ve just jumped on the train and don’t know where to sit.

Looking forwards:

I remember a psych lecturer saying when you get on a nearly empty carriage you should go and sit near someone else - not for safety, but to see if it freaked them out. We all had to report back on our observations at our next lecture. That was back in the 70s, not sure how it would go down today?

Is there a road under there somewhere?

I hope so, it would have helped greatly....

@VPS you are in for a treat. Yesterday was a small market in Austria with 40 stalls. Then one in Germany with 100 stalls. Off to another in Germany today with 170 stalls... then guess I'd better jump back on the plane to see Mrs Flashback and catch up with my friend who has just arrived in London too.

More teasers....!

I think you will find that sitting beside and, heaven forbid, conversing with someone was outlawed at the outbreak of "social" media!

and perhaps the outbreak of noise cancelling headphones!
