GarrettM the cancellation on Kris Miles is quite modest so it was easier booking before this latest Match result was known. Those redemption flights might be harder to secure tonight.

Ms FM bought two Beagles after she moved out and we just adore them and babysit them quite often. We have two mini Dachshunds and they all get on very well -the 4kg female Daxie is the boss of the pack. However I do get severe indigestion when we have them with us. The Beagles watch every bite of food I take and I end up bolting my food I feel so pressured :)

I know what you mean. Our Beagle also watches us whenever we eat - with a look of despair and and a body language implying that he has not been fed for days.

If you mean posts about the survey result, they will have been deleted in line with stated policy.

On the soulful animal eyes, our springer spaniel was a master. Made us feel like right heels. Our cat also knew when prawns were on the menu and sat patiently waiting for her bits. If they were not forthcoming she would reach up to your knee to remind you.
 
My brother said he was going if Australia won, so looks like he’ll be overseas again in 2018. I’m not as keen to head there - never been on my wish list. Would rather get up and watch from the comfort of my media room
 
New project announced with aggressive go-live date, looks like my 50th August birthday trip to Coober Peddy/Flinders is cancelled :(
 
Managed to source some of the Denali rated - Coles gingerbread ice cream. I like the flavour but it has bits of soft gingerbread sponge in it. I don’t like the textures when cake is added to smooth desserts - for instance trifle - I loathe it. Bummer, flavour is great until I hit those spongy bits.
 
I am embarrassed by the copying lack of originality almost sycophantic decision. Which ever group of people made it should not be allowed to make another. Although I didn't read the article about the Union, I would not be surprised that the workers / drivers etc feel as if their skills are taken seriously. I did think the Boaty name was funny at the time.

(My multi quote thingy failed, I am referring to the ferry name).
 
Thing is, they told this Kerian guy that they are naming a ferry after him, which would also bring attention to his environmental cause over the the past few decades.

Then he gets told, Sorry. Youre bumped for Ferry McFerrryface. I can understand his disappointment as its gone from being a great honor to a 2nd hand joke.

Yes. That part was handled poorly. But can’t think that’s why the unions are antsy. The name was from a kids competition.
