Actually, according to my metric chronological apparatus, its well past Beer O'Clock in Kiwi Land 8) .

What I was meaning to say was that perhaps he hit the bottle a little early this afternoon (say lunchtime over there), because by now he is making absolutely no sense with his 2B or not 2B mantra....
