And does not have custody.

But let's not have any respect for the court ruling in Australia. We'll go and get a more favourable court ruling somewhere else.

Yep. Kidnap is the right word.

Recognised in Australia and not Lebanon. Does Australia recognise Lebanon rulings?

I am in no way siding with the Father but I can understand why things spiralled downwards.

Guess it'll be a different wold by the time I have 140....

So maybe someone could enlighten us then?
It's not that special. A guy wore an inflatable life jacket from HNL-DFW in first class.

No different to young women wearing jeans with the whole thigh/shin parts missing. We've moved on from the torn/ripped jean look to the "Let's see how badly I can embarass myself look".

If we can believe him, the father has received no payments. The couple are not divorced.

I couldn't care less about either of the parents. Did the mother think snatching the kids off a street was a good thing? Do the ends justify the means?

He took them overseas under false pretenses and refused to return them despite Australia giving her custody. Do the ends justify the means for him?

No. He is their legal father.

And she is their legal mother, with legal custody. She did the right thing letting them holiday with him and he broke her trust.

Sorry I haven't been online for a while. I have been battling with my bank. Somehow $97,000* has gone missing from my account and they can't explain it.

Does anyone have any advice as to how I can contact the scoundrel who has got it? ;)

Ummm. Gosh. Thats awful.

But on a more pleasant note, I will be offline for a few months as I am doing a world cruise and we know how dodgy internet is on ships, even in a suite!

(Mystery solvered though. Someone duped their invoice payment. Interesting process I have yet to sort out).

Lebanese judge to let channel 9 crew go If They Reveal The Fabulous New Diet That’s Sweeping The Nation...

Give up the seven secrets to a trim new bikini-ready body for summer, and you walk. That was the stark choice facing Tara Brown and the 60 Minutes crew late yesterday, as they tried to negotiate a way out of a Lebanon jail.
At first lawyers representing 60 Minutes refused. It was, they said, too big a trade. Instead they offered to pass over the ‘Queen of Clean’s’ Tips For Removing Carpet Stains. Pushed further, they put The Heartwarming Story of Baby Jayden on the table too. Not enough.

Well done! Challenge is to keep it off.
My original challenge was ~14 kgs by October but I got the first half out of the way quickly I need to readjust the goal/challenge.

Is it possible to lose ~24 kgs by October? Should be able to lose ~1kg/week but 2 trips to Thailand could be a challenge. I am only consuming 1,200-1,500 calories per day which is ~half my usual calorie intake. Experts have calculated to maintain my old weight I was consuming ~2,700 calories/day.

just watched an international visitor try to wheel a loaded airport baggage trolley on to the train at Sydney international airport.
Wheel between platform and train, young girl, guard whistling...

Recognised in Australia and not Lebanon. Does Australia recognise Lebanon rulings?

Our foreign minister was on television the other night - said Lebanon is not a party to whatever the international convention is about this (recognising parental custody).
