Amiri flight are I think the only Royal VVIP jets that operate discretely in an the flag airlines colours. I've worked directly for several of the royals in the Middle East (including Qatar/Amiri) and flown on quite a few of the larger VVIP jets, most of them had a small cabin at the front for us staff/employees laid out in normal airline configuration, the lounges, bedroom and shower further aft. The money squandered is incredible, I've seen 767s sent to Europe to pick up a book or other cough. The butlers and PAs seemed to fly more then the owners doing errands.
