Hello, all - I'm not exactly new: in fact I've been a member since 2005, but then I fell into jobs where I didn't travel much and dropped out. Now I fly a small amount for work and a greater amount for personal interest, and after a busy year and a double SC offer a couple of years ago found my way up to QF Platinum. Now I've sampled the Sydney QF F Lounge, there can be no going back...

So, I took a status run recently on LAN to Auckland to try retaining WP, and I met a fellow AFF member doing the same thing. Which made me think: AFF! I must get back there!

So here I am, back, and very keen to see what I can possibly do to keep QFF WP status in years hence, given these hideous changes, I mean, simplifications to the programme, coupled with drastic cutbacks on travel in my workplace (my location may give you a clue). And, of course, to interact with my fellow travel obsessives!

Did you get a little too close to the sun with no lounge access and afraid your wings would melt? ;)

Good to have you back.

Good to have you back.

I was under that impression as well.
