The missing Status Credit

I recently flew SYD-LAX then LAX-BNE in Y. The booking was made during a 50% bonus SC offer. The base 45SC for each sector posted as usual and about three days later the status bonus posted - but not 50%. For each sector I was only credited 22SC bonus. The total bonus SC should have been 45 across the entire booking - I only received 44.

I reviewed the T&C's and it said nothing about rounding down to the nearest whole SC.

While it's only a single SC, I feel duded. One SC to me, but it could be many to QF. What if in the years ahead that single SC is the one that delays LTS or LTG? I'm inclined to call and request my missing SC.

What would you do?

Personally, I'd not worry about it. But then I'm not usually near the margin.

Yip - QFF have been truncating rather than rounding ...

Received 22 for a MEL-BNE earlier this year.

My LT SC balance has ended in 6 or 1 for years.... It has been so long since I had any opportunity to earn anything other than multiples of 5/10.

I figure that it cant hurt... If I get to 13,996 LT SC i'd need another 5 or more (ie. a flight) anyway.
