Tuddy has also now dropped out, bringing the total group size to 21.

The dinner at the museum will have 24 though, as AIRwin has some guests that are just joining us for that.

Guess I better see about those special guests!
 
I have booked [-]my accomodation[/-] the exec lounge.

I did offer a spare room to anyone who wanted it. That offer has been taken up.

Less than two months to go!
 
Soon I shall be taking payments.

Per the Recommended guidelines on collection of funds for attending events advertised on AFF I can tell you I am following the guidelines. To this end, the funds I shall be collecting shortly are to be used for the Friday night dinner ($82), Saturday night dinner ($58) and administrative charges ($5). As the Friday night dinner price is dependant on numbers, once the amount has been paid there will be no refunds. All funds will we transferred to the respective entities before the group arrives in Longreach. Excess funds will be donated to the Qantas Founders Museum at the end of the weekend.

The account you will be transferring funds to is completely controlled by me, and I have used it in the past for events such as AFF Gathering #6 at OOL on 26 - 28 October. chicka will be joining us and has reporting access to the account.
 
With April 1st now having rolled around, I will begin taking payments for the LRE Outback Do. The total price due per each member listed below is $145. In some cases, a multiple of this number may be due if you are paying for 2 or more people. Please include your username in the description when paying so I know who I am receiving payments from. I will endeavour to update the list as payments come in.

I still have a room available (either a queen bed or 2 king singles) in a deluxe 2 bedroom lodge at Kinnon & Co if anyone is still looking for accommodation. I paid $300 for Friday & Saturday nights. Includes free airport transfers!

FroggerADL I'm holding a reservation at Kinnon now but might be keen to switch. I'll have to check if there are any penalties for cancelling first though...
