Anyone ever seen "The format of the number you provided is invalid. Please check the number and try again." when trying to update passenger details on a VA booking?

The only "number" I'm adding is my phone number, and I've tried all the formats (with a leading zero, without a leading zero, etc etc) and am very confident that number is correctly formatted.

Did you use drop down Aust dialling code 61?
Yes. I am VERY certain that I am entering my phone number correctly, including using the dropdown for country code correctly.

For good measure, I tried changing the country code to random other countries, and that didn't do anything.

One more waffly, have you tried to see if it will work in your "VFF account" section of their website?
Maybe phone up VFF's Phillipines call centre and ask.
Other than that, if its there, let is fate and leave it as "blank".
Bad of me to say, I am throwing up presuppositions.

I've had this problem several times and every time had to contact the call center to update booking details. When I've mentioned it's not the first time I've had the problem I've been told IT are looking into it, it's been going on for a couple of years now.
