Been this way for quite a while, and happens with CX, AY etc also.More an IT quirk as opposed to a gripe.
I've booked a paid OPO-LGW with BA via BA site. As part of the booking process I entered my QFF number, don't have EC account with BA.
Can see the booking on the QF app on both Ipad & Android phone but it doesn't show if I'm logged into my QFF account on the laptop. It was there for about a month after I booked but then dropped off.
