Has anyone documented the timeout on logins on the QFF website?
The frequency with which I need to login is extremely annoying.

Ditto the number of flight searches before you get booted.

That's why I search for reward seats with seats.aero (it doesn't get booted out).

It seems that I cannot book flights to a number of destinations served by Cathay Pacific, in particular:
Changdu
Urumqi
Almaty
I raised this with Qantas and they are not responding positively. I wonder how I can book these flights as I need to go to Changdu using Qantas Points, as I know they are available.

Where are you trying to search from? HKG?

I can see HKG-TFU, but only MH and MU options are showing.

Cathay Pacific has moved to CTU, and I cannot search for flights to CTU.
I think Qantas' system is not up to date with the dual airports at Changdu, as I am sure for flights to Mainland China from HKG there should be reward seats available every day.

Probably just QF IT slow to update their airports.

It took ages to drop TXL and replace with BER. SYD+1 was going back and fourth for several months trying to get points and SCs from QR flights DOH-BER (ret). The retro claim form didn’t have BER (only TXL for months). Strangely we’d both flown LHR-BER (ret) previously on BA and those flights posted ok.
