Thought that this card offered 3 points per dollar when spending occurred overseas...but can't seem to find any reference of such.

Is anyone aware whether this point increase for spending overseas exists??
 
I've never heard of that and it's not listed as one of the features on the website, so seems unlikely? I could be wrong though.
