Just wanted to post a public thank you to the Webinar attendees, you were a great (but silent )audience. I hope you got some value out of it and its the first of many, including some presented by our members!

... and thanks Mark for doing such a great job!

Thankyou markis10, was a good refresher and learn't some thing I didn't know!

Was also nice to answer some question of the other members.

Thanks markis10 and everyone who made the webinar happen. It was great to get all that information at once.

Bummed that I missed the webinar. But I still learned something - that I need to drop in to the AFF knowledge centre more frequently so I don't miss them in future. :!:

What what what?

What did I miss and how to I ensure I don't miss out in future?

A good introduction. But like all introductions, the promise / anticipation of more is irresistible.
I think a face to face is definitely a good idea.
Maybe a straw poll on venue, cost and timing is a good first step?
Maybe a road show even?
I would be a definite starter. I would suggest that here be a maximum ( and minimum) attendance target.
Too many and you may lose the tutorial value, too few and it becomes an underutilization of resources.
In short, thanks markis10.

Yes thank you Mark, while I knew most of it I did pick up a few ideas for sure.

It was silent reply, by the time I worked out what i wanted to say and how to turn the audio speaker back on it was too late.

I think there should be something somewhere on the basics of buying miles/points from the main players and booking awards.
