Just exchanged 100000 miles and $400.00 for a return to Cape Town on QF next March in J. I have even selected 5C, the awesome seat for the single traveller. Would have been a lot less $ except for the BA sectors. Still such good value and so easy to book online.
    Im excited.
    :)

What as the route? Hmmm, wonder if for the going there anyway you could get off at LHR for 50,000 miles in J???

Hmmm, no, all QF 63 to JNB...

    Ah I see !
Cheers, I didn't know BA operated their own metal on that route. So they do something like LHR-JNB-CPT ?

Several southern African routes operated by Comair a BA subsidiary. You can book them through BA.com.
