Thailand Pass- website error- unable to register

I am trying to apply for a Thailand Pass by logging on to the MFA website Thailand Pass Registration System (for air travel only) However every time I do this it get the attached message which says “There seems to be a problem” and “Thailand Pass system has approved my registration” (it hasn’t). Also it is impossible for me to download the docs because the message is not clickable. It just a scan or a jpg image.

I have all the requirements including AXA Covid-19 insurance and a flight from Frankfurt on 8 March.

I've tried both Windows 11 and chrome browsers. Also tired to call recommended numbers but cannot find an extension where they speak english.

Any tips or suggestions will be appreciated!

Having just gone through this convoluted process here are my thoughts.

For the initial splash screen close it by clicking on the top right corner.

Then scroll down and click on the Non-Thai button.

Then click on English language and three options will appear.

Test and go.

The Blue Zone Sandbox (Sandbox Programme).

Alternative Quarantine.

Choose your entry type select and proceed.



When I was finally approved I received an email with two identical PDFs with my approval details and the scanning square code.



Did you go through the process of uploading photos of your documents?

I.e. Passport, COVID vaccination certificate. hotel reservation, Insurance policy, and Thailand PCR test.

If you need to book a Thailand PCR test do it before filling out the ThaiPass application, PSAS

The photos needs to be <5mb. When entering each vaccination date and type you need to upload the photo for each vaccination.
Each area that needs a photo will not let you proceed until you have uploaded it.

You can't upload PDFs until the end screen and only three in total. I uploaded my Insurance policy and, the PDS.

For my PCR test I entered the wrong passport number and it was refused and had to email them to get it changed which they did in less than an hour.
