I would think it depends if they’re pre- or post-op, but I’m not really sure on conventions.

Can you imagine the kerfuffle in the gents if one of the Miss Tiffany finalists popped in to answer the call of nature dressed in that clobber?

I think it'd be more appropriate for them to use the ladies whether it be pre-op or post-op as that's really only a minor technicality. :shock:
