I think perhaps the Qantas Telstra Telecard is no longer a partner - can't find it on the QF website any more - though it does still appear on Google.

Can anyone confirm?

Wouldn't surprise me with Optus being a partner.

I received a letter from Tesltra several months ago regarding this - well before the Optus relationship was announced. In hindsight it does not surprise me.

I believe it was in fact discontinued years ago; I use my card occasionally and I can't recall seeing points from it for a very long time indeed.

I would have used mine about 2 or 3 years ago and got points at that stage. But definitely had to go with the Optus tie up.
