Tasmanian Restaurant Recommendations

Mrs Major and I are planning a trip to Tasmania later this year, We love the whole experience of weather, food, wine, landscape, history and of course the friendly locals.

We will be travelling with friends and looking for current recommendations for restaurants in Hobart.

On the way back from Pt. Arthur we thought about Bangor Vineyard Wine Store - Award-Winning Tasmanian Wine Online at Dunalley. Has anyone tried this restaurant ?
