Tanzanian Visa problem

Hi all due to conflict in the middle east i will now be arriving in Tanzania one day prior to when my business visa begins Has anyone been in a similar situation. Does anyone have a suggestion on how this will playout if when we arrive. Or who best to contact. I have tried their embassy and Tanzanian immigration
