Sydney to coughet and Singapore

Hi All,

We are planning a trip to coughet and Singapore next year, flying Singapore Airlines.

Can anyone give any advice or tips on how to access KirsFlyer lounges at Sydney and Singapore? We are able to access the Amex centurion lounge in Sydney, however, is there any possible way to get into the KrisFlyer lounge with 2 adults and 2 kids?

Qantas lounges are out, as we aren't flying with them.

Understand that - I am weighing up whether to get the HSBC star alliance CC as it has fast track to gold on signup. I know I can bring one guest; however I can't get a firm answer about whether they will allow my 2 kids in as well.

Depends on the staff at the lounge on the day. If lounge is full(ish) they will say no

A virgin platinum was trying to bring his wife and 10-11yo son at Sydney lounge recently. Staff said no to 2 guests at first but then allowed
