Great experience, Jackie is probably the best QF FA I have experienced in any class.

a real credit to QF, pity there is not more of her on board, made a great experience fantastic.

Thanks for following up. I've passed this on. :)

Despite everything going well with upgrade, quick flow through immigration at LAX, it all went pear shaped thanks to American Air.

Flight AA4 delayed an hour and then my bag does not make the flight despite me being the first PAX to drop bag at TBIT.

AA had the hide to say it was QFs fault, despite having 2.5 hours to process, and everyone else's bag from QF11 made the flight. So did not leave JFK till 11pm when flight should have landed 8.40pm.

QF107 maybe the better way to go......

I came into the thread late, but think I'd go QF107 all the time for two reasons:

1. After QF J AA J on those rattly old 762s is a real let letdown in every way. Just when you'd love the lie flat bed you're stuck with sloping seats without the personal space you'll often find on a 747.

2. Less likelihood of luggage going astray, unfortunately as you found out.

It's a tough choice

Not to mention the extra $75 wait time the car service charged
