Swiss hotels

Hey guys, i was wondering if hotels in st mortiz are just booked out for the 28-29th december or they are not released yet.

I have looked through a few websites, but can't seem to find any hotels available...
do they release them on a certain date, or am i screwed?

Have you tried hotels.com? Looks like some availability away from city centre. You are talking prime time in an expensive spot.

They are booked out. We try and stay at Zermatt. We have to book a year in advance. When we try and amend halfway through the year (extra room for family/friends) it is impossible.

Other times of the year aren't as hard.

St Moritz is only slightly harder to book into than Zermatt.
