From news.com.au:

THE International Civil Aviation Organization has urged countries to revoke disruptive air travel restrictions imposed to try to prevent the spread of swine flu.

”During the current outbreak of influenza A(H1N1) the WHO has consistently advised against travel restrictions, which would have very little effect on stopping the virus from spreading, but would be highly disruptive to the global community,'' the UN agency said in a declaration.

That would be nice.. Flying into mainland China now (Fuzhou anyways), officials boarded the plane and walked thru with the thermal camera, you need to fill in a health declaration form (same as most Asian countries i've travelled through recently), and then you walk past thermal cameras again just before passport control..

15 minutes before we could get off the flight.
