Suggestions for "book the cook"?

I booked Suites Savers to Lords because our tickets for that test match came through. SQ did 2 seats each way on one plane so I was really impressed. We have always enjoyed the food so I am not really sure if I need to "book the cook".
We are doing this London run in Suites in August and now July.

Next time I see a couple in Suite, esp with one spare bed next to it, I'd quietly & courteously enquire if they are Master Cove & SWMBO.

I saw mostly single (middle aged) men.

Only one (middle aged) female out of the 4 sectors I was on.

Doing SYD-SIN-HKG-SIN-SYD next month in J. Looks like lamb shank curry, beef rendang and seared lamb loin could be on my menu. Haven't decided on my fourth yet or just the standard meal.

That would be me doing the caviar on the scrambled eggs and testing both champagnes.
I would be hard to miss if I have the two suites each for Mrscove and myself.
So yes go the caviar.

Some good recommendations here.
I'm a big fan of rendang and hate to get an average one, so that's lunch sorted for my SIN - EWR non-stop next month.
Now for dinner?

Chicken Curry. Recommended by several cabin crews so I tried it. Very authentic and full of flavour. Just make sure it comes out of the Singapore kitchen. Sadly it doesn't come with roti prata.

I haven't tried this one yet. It's going on my "to do" list.

Has anyone had the Lobster Thermidor out of Melbourne? And if so how was it as I have read TRs that have said it can be either excellent or overcooked and not nice.

Wondering the same thing for our midnight F MEL/SIn flight next week. Wondering if it's best to use the standard in-flight supper.

I have had it twice now, and I'm having it again in Aug along with the beef redang everyone suggests, both times it's been lovely.
