Strategy to obtain US Amex

Have aspire, Amex gold, Bonvoy biz and normal Amex cards, chase sapphire preferred and ihg chase card. What would the pros say is the best next card ? Considering one of the citi ones.

Chase all the Chase cards first and when you're locked in 5/24 obtain the others.
