Vaguely remember this being discussed previously. Got asked to do a W9 form for Chase for a new application (just asking business name and providing ITIN). The form looks easy to fill out - is it better just talking to the security back end team and verbally confirming it on the phone?

Edit spoke to the team and got a manual verification which proceeded to the next application step.

Reapplied for the HSBC US card after opening an Australian HSBC Premier card and using it for 3 months. This time, got approved through the manual PDF application.
Was asked for Australian proof of address and income details.

Does it actually take a slot, though? I didn't provide my ITIN or US address/phone number. Would they still be able to work this out?

Just emailed the relationship manager and told them I am interested to re-apply for the card. A pre-filled form was sent through which I had to sign online and send back.

Was declined on my second Chase Business card. I'm well under 5/24, have a CSP opened >1 year ago and another business card ~8 months ago. Reason for decline was business is too new, insufficient business rev, too many active accounts and too much credit.

Any point of reconsidering and anything that may help? Shifting credit from one business card to the new?

Keep reconsidering . I believe you cant shift credit to have an application approved .
Research reducing existing limits if possible .

Chase will usually only provide credit upto 50 % of annual income .
