I think it's this entry which is the issue:

I had to "move" when mine was identified by C1 as such. My new one is fine though they insist on US government issued ID before they will issue me a card. They even went so far as to approve me then deny me when I couldn't provide this item. My AU passport just wouldn't do.

I suggest as a fair port of call to "move".

Others may have different approaches which might work better.

I was away for a while, is there something happening TO Las Vegas Address? Amex told me it is flagged as USPS Address hence he could not use that address to send me the card. Been trying different without APT and PMB , not successful

It changed a few months ago. Basically means it’s time to move at least your residential address.

As expected, it looks like the using the US Amex statement for the physical address validation did not work out for the CSP application.

I will eventually need another US bank account apart from Wise. Looks like a venture to the US is calling if I really want one - it looks like opening one is hard to do it online with an ITIN these days.

HSBC was dead simple for me. Opening my Aus account at a branch in Sydney allowed me to bypass the 6 month wait for Premier, I signed up for my US account a few days later, then waited 30 days for statement to generate and Chase happily accepted (this was about 2-3 months ago)

I concur with @sudoer, though I've had a HSBC AU account for ages, the process of getting a US account was very simple to get a US account.

I do have a question which I'm hoping there's a DP for. I upgraded my Personal Green to Platinum. I'm expecting they will deliver it to me by courier and face some issues (Citi couriered me a new ATM card and wasn't able to deliver it). I was able to get my Citi card replaced.

What will happen when Amex try to courier my card and my provider will likely refuse delivery like they did with Citi?

Amex said I can request a replacement card to be delivered to me while "traveling" or do I wait to see what happens with this one?

US Plat cards are delivered by a courier rather than the postal service, so most mail forwarders have no issue receiving them (unlike Green cards)

Yes, you need to wait 10 days before they'll allow this anyway.

Thanks @sudoer, I've also sent a message to my provider to get clear on how they handle this given they've refused delivery by courier once before and their website states they receive delivery of packages and mail.

Amex chat on my app stated this morning I can wait 48-72 hours before requesting they replace my card. I'm thinking will wait for attempted delivery of my card on Monday then have it forwarded to me. I don't know what refused delivery will do in the meantime. I recall receiving the Business Platinum card to this address though I think the packaging is less elaborate than with the "new" Platinum card - thought it ought to be for how much they're charging now.

Okay, I will definitely assess HSBC as an option, walking to the Sydney branches shouldn't be too bad.

The minimum requirement is 9000 in, so it appears I can transfer in and out and play it that way. Might be warned if I don't do that at least once a month though, but we will see

I and pretty much everyone else does the 9 in and out unless you bank with them

If you're also in Sydney I can recommend the Burwood branch - they were really helpful.

I spoke about wanting to open an Everyday Global account and was keen to get up to Premier - give them a story about why. I mentioned regular international travel to Asia and a possible upcoming international move in the next year or two.

They asked for some basic info like income level and approx assets but no proof needed. They were keen to sell me a mortgage refinance which I entertained on the day but later declined - it was a higher rate than I currently pay so that was easy.

They did ask me to deposit 9k within 48 hours and then applied the Premier status. I do have 9 in 9 out scheduled monthly payments set up to ensure I keep it.

I'm sure it's discussed upthread but relatively straight forward process to set up online business profile with Chase. First rep said I need to go in branch to set up online account without SSN. HUCA and second agent from tech team sorted out the online profile, then merged the personal profile into the business profile. Did an online purchase of $99 USD as first transaction without an issue.

Cool- I just did it this week - I was able to use the online creation using the script mentioned upthread (worked for both personal and business) - merged them - and did online and now card/apple pay
So far so good.

In regarding to Address again, I am hoping to have some lights for my Move.

So far their address list almost all got Flagged as CMA. Some exceptions are not flagged But when I put address into Google, it came up straightway with "Shipping, Printing, FedEx, Post Office, USPS, UPS, DHL, Mailbox, Fingerprint, Notary, 3D Printing"

What did you do or where did you move? I am feeling so nervous right now

I use myUS with an address in Sarasota, Florida. Haven't had any issues thus far, although myUS have outrageous rates and takes forever for a parcel to be processed into the suite.

So far, so good with Torrance in Planet Express. It worked fine to get a Barclay's AAviator card forwarded to me. I'll be going for Hawaiian in a few days, just waiting for 60 days to pass since AAviator approval to increase likelihood of instant approval.
