Don't rush into it - eventually sure they will reship - but i imagine you will have to prove name change with ID and notary cam etc
good luck - some have had success and others haven't - report backI tried the Cap1 VX credit card pre-approval tool again today and much to my surprise, it responded in the positive! The only verification requested is identification - but they specifically asked for state issued ID, so it'll be interesting to see whether a passport upload is sufficient.

Should have tried hack of usps mail forwarding before applyingI tried the Cap1 VX credit card pre-approval tool again today and much to my surprise, it responded in the positive! What is this ?Should have tried hack of usps mail forwarding before applying
Yes and also interestingly, the pre-approval tool for the VX now also asks the same question, but allows the application to proceed even if you say no to being a citizen or resident - was not expecting that! What is this ?
Interestingly the C1 checking account application now specifically stops you from proceeding once you select ‘non resident’
It’s been discussed upthread, but if you say you are a resident, the next step would previously force you to fill out a W9 form:thought we were "residents" just not citizens. I reside at the address I've given.
Info online that mail forwarding service verifies your id .What is this ?

Hope it helpsJust called chase recon line, got declined again they said couldn’t pull my credit even tho got 6K on chase acc. Anyone kno should I keep calling or just wait to dry out application and reapply ?
Great outcome and report - well done - was it 90 days between CSP and CIBP application. Did you Sole Prop and any tricky business questions for your P2?Hope this process with Chase will help someone.
P2 is 3/24. P2 Already had Chase checking account in April, had CSP in May after recon 2 times.
Used my referrals and signed up for CIBP Thu last week. Waited until Tuesday morning, Called and automated phone system said they sent a letter. Pressed 0 to get transferred to C.S. They wanted to verify ITIN and P2 was asked to confirm/repeat 2 times (was asked the balance of checking account - purposely left 4.5K in there - as they could not send text to phone number ) and transferred to different department.
the next C.S asked P2 to confirm Business name (aka Real Name), Address , Phone number and Got approved without waiting for the physical letter that was notified at the beginning of the call.
Asked to expedite the card to Australia. Got transferred to card services dept. More verifying by receiving the text in phone - this time it worked. And card was approved to be expedited to Australia.
By now my P2 is feeling pretty good and more confident in talking to banks. Thanks God.
No - less than 90 days. Yes, Sole Prop and suprisingly no tricky biz questions like what I had - but had a script written in case they asked my P2.Great outcome and report - well done - was it 90 days between CSP and CIBP application. Did you Sole Prop and any tricky business questions for your P2?
I got CSP May as well and was waiting 90 days - unfortunately no Checking account for me
