Some pretty hairy landings at Heathrow captured on You Tube. The one I have been watching is Live: Storm Eunice at London Heathrow Airport.

I was watching live around 10:00 GMT. There was an EL flight and some go arounds but I missed some of the hairier ones.

I saw this on 7 News tonight!

That looks like me trying to land in MSFS on a clear fine day 🤣

The QATAR A380 that took three tries to get down was in stark contrast to the QR B777 in the Mail article. But despite a few floating landings, they all seemed to get down ok. We had one of these landings in Vienna a few years ago when a similar polar storm front was on the rampage. The A320 bounced all over the sky, but the AF pilots got it down safely and smoothly at the first attempt. Some on board clapped, but some still had the hands gripping the armrest as we taxied and were being blown about on the ground. Still not as bad as my take off in Denver through a snow storm in 1990 - that was fun.

The guy running the Jetliners channel has become a big hit though.
