I reached 1200 SC on 2nd January, so I should retain WP for another year. My status expiry still hasn't been updated in the app, and it shows June 2024.

How long does it usually take to reflect in the system?"

If it says you've retained platinum, then you're good. I'm not sure if the status expiry updates until you reach the current expiry.

It likely now gives the number of status credits now needed to achieve WP1 and not that you have retained WP.

Someone else reported a delay in status update recently. You’d think that automated IT software doesn’t take Christmas / New Year holidays but maybe it does….?

Something is definitely screwy within the QFF systems. As well as deleting my Platinum and Points Club status three days into my new membership year (which I've raised in a separate thread), I logged into the app yesterday (8 January) and it was telling me that I still had my 2023 balance of status credits and -9 days to reach Platinum One!

QFF runs on fixed membership years, not rolling 12-month eligibility periods. The "expiry date" will remain at the end of the membership anniversary month, in your case 30 June regardless of how early or late into the year you retain your level.

It will change to 2025 when they do the reviews, probably in early June in this case.
