Hello,

So, I've been caught in the turmoil in the Middle east and my flights between DOH and CAI will most likely be canceled or rerouted to another airline. If my flights get changed, can I still get the SC of my originally booked itinerary? If so, are there any steps I should take with QF beforehand?

Thanks

When I have been re-routed in the past a simply email to QF explaining what transpired and any supporting document should be sufficient

I would also be looking at the T&C of my travel insurance, just in case

Sounds annoying!

When I've had similar problems I've just emailed the qf ff service centre, detailing the original flights and what happened. I then ask them for Original Routing Credit for points and SCs.

Has never failed. Good luck!!
