I just logged on to try and move some of my Amplify points to my Krisflyer account and their is no option to do so. The only two places that I can transfer my points are to Velocity or Malaysia. Is this a temporary glitch, or did I miss some important announcement?

Whew.... I have ~240k Amplify pointss to transfer to SQ.

Seems to be a system glitch at Singapore Airlines I think. Similar problem at Westpac. No option to transfer to Krisflyer.

Just applied for this card specifically for KF option. I hope it’s not being removed now. Westpac and St George are the same company so hopefully a company wife glitch rather than removal.

Just did a redemption to KF from Amex this morning. All appeared normal.

Just rang them and transferred 150k Amplify points to 75k KF. No problems but was told points may take up to 3 days to appear. According to agent, it's an IT issue, not a withdrawal of KF transfer issue.
OTOH, an online transfer from Virgin to KF resulted in points being in my KF account within minutes.

Phone call was at 11.15am; just checked my KF account at 7:00pm and the points are there. Well done, St George!
Glad it was all quick and easy. IT issues like that make me a bit nervous about enhancements to the program!

Another datapoint: I spoke to St George Amplify ~11:00 and Westpac Altitude ~12:00 and both showed up in my KrisFlyer account around 16:30.

A little off topic... but I transferred from Amex to krisflyer 2 days ago and they haven’t come through yet. Does Amex take a bit longer than st George usually?

Cool thanks. Ended up coming through after about 2 and a half days. Not the first time I’ve transferred from that Amex account, but I think it’s been a while.

Just in time anyway. My backup option on the same day had waitlisted. Literally booked on the first day available! (sep 19)

yeah does take a while for the st george points to come over!
did st george and amex on friday arvo.
amex came over on saturday, still waiting for the st george ones
