100 inch screen will be a winner for your big trips Alby.
At 64 I don't bother with 5 inch screens and there are no SQ issues on a PC.
I went a bit OTT with Suites for six in 2014. All confirmed now and those pesky Citi points from the warehouse have been reduced. I am getting closer to not being able to save any more money on Saver redemptions as I am running low on dates for extra travel in 2014. All good at the moment and it is time for us to go back to Perth today and we are not going via Singapore.
I have used AA to get across from LAX to LHR or vice versa for the round the world trips in 2014.
Now if your larger screen gives you larger turnover and you report it here Mr Samsung will be very pleased with you.

I do all of my SQ Kris Flyer miles bookings on a PC so it is click and click and pay the fees then print a copy of the deal. No issue for me as I would not want to try to do a $20,000 value on a 5 inch screen (or smaller) for the two of us.
It only takes 10 or 15 minutes and then it is "what's next" (provided you have the credit cards and passport details ready).

I'd have thought the passport details are preloaded with your KF membership number which is part of the redemption nominee menu.

Mine is.
 
There is a glitch on one of the family details so I have them there to be ready as a just in case. I think it is on the dates of passport validity.

I have a similar issue with Mrs Albatross and her KF profile. Something to do with her name and her KF profile not matching when I select her from the list.
 
its happening to me as well the master account holders number comes into the booking
I called them to tell them of new passport details and they want me to send in a form to get it changed
this is ridiculous!! waste of time!!
 
tinkybelle, it may be that your signature is required, in which case Australia Post's reliable letter service will come to the rescue.

I am trying to book a flight from RGN-SIN.The website lets you book SIN-RGN but not the return sector.Is this just another glitch in the site?

Maybe it has to do with their operating approval. Sounds like the type of limitation that maybe imposed on them.

Similar to the way Silkair can sell tix SIN-CEB, SIN-DVO, CEB-SIN, DVO-SIN but not DVO-CEB even though they have the capacity.
 
They are Silk air services and it is Myanmar so probably right.
Guess I will just have to ring and find out.
