For anyone feeling nostalgic, here is someone’s video of the new A380 inaugural flight from Sydney back in late 2017 (damn how was that so long ago now). Plenty of nice images and footage captured, including a little celebration party at the gate as well as the captains announcements. Also interesting to see the flight left from the Gate 8/9 precinct (with CBD views), normally reserved for Qantas/OW flights.

If Sydney is lucky enough to be the inaugural destination again, will be interesting to look back and compare with this.
