SQ Sydney lounge opening hours?

Hello

I have an upcoming D flight with SQ in a month, and I noticed that their business lounge has some weird opening hours - in particular it's closed between 9am and 12pm

Just wanted to double check if this is correct? It seems really strange to just be shut for 3 hours in the middle of the day. I have an AMEX card with access to their lounge (which just opened today I think), so I could go and use that, but would prefer not to expend my visits on that. Unless you think the AMEX lounge is better in the first place?
