If you buy a Preferred Seat in Premium Economy on SQ and then want to change to a different Preferred Seat on the same flight, say from an aisle to the empty window seat next to you. Is it true that you will have to pay again for the privilege of moving 18 inches to your right or left? This is weeks before flying, not on check in.
